1. General Acceptance & Eligibility

1.1. Age Requirement (Parental Supervision Clause)

By accessing or using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

For Minors (Under 18): If you are a student under the age of 18, you explicitly confirm that you are using this App and making purchases under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

1.2. Binding Agreement

Downloading, installing, or using the App constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and Niyukti. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

2.1. Platform Status: Niyukti is a private EdTech platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with GPSC, GSSSB, UPSC, or any Government authority.

2.2. Educator Disclaimer: The views, explanations, and teaching methods expressed by individual educators are their own. Niyukti provides the platform for educational delivery but does not guarantee the accuracy of every verbal explanation given by educators.

3. Account Usage & "Single Active Session" Policy

3.1. Single Active Session: Your subscription allows access on ONE active mobile device at a time. Logging into a new device will automatically logout the previous session.

3.2. Fair Usage Policy: Excessive device switching or attempts to share accounts with others are not permitted. Niyukti reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts found violating this policy in order to maintain fair usage of the platform.

3.3. Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account directly within the App settings or by emailing niyuktihelp@gmail.com.

4. User Conduct & Content Moderation

4.1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Niyukti maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of objectionable, unlawful, abusive, or harmful content on the platform.

4.2. Prohibited Behavior: Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or disruptive content while using the App.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

5.1. Ownership: All content available on the Niyukti platform, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, notes, test series, images, study materials, and other digital resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of Niyukti and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5.2. Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from screen recording, taking screenshots, copying, downloading, or distributing any content from the platform on external platforms such as Telegram, YouTube, or other media.

Consequences of Piracy: Any violation of this policy may result in immediate permanent account suspension and may lead to legal action under applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

6.1. Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made for digital courses, study materials, or services are final and non-refundable once the content has been unlocked or accessed.

6.2. Technical Errors: Refunds will be considered only in cases of verified technical double deductions reported within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

7. Student Welfare Wallet & Rewards

7.1. Purpose: The Student Welfare Wallet is designed to assist students in accessing educational resources such as books, data packs, or other study-related needs. This feature is not an investment scheme, marketing program, or gambling activity.

7.2. Apple & Google Disclaimer: Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, nor involved in any way with, any referral programs, rewards, or student welfare initiatives offered through this App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Niyukti App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
